We carefully selected our caterer and chef for an Evening to Honor Gene Wolfe. Chef Jeramie Campana of Wild Asparagus has the talent, creative vision, and culinary flair that set him apart from the others—fitting for our one-of-a-kind evening.
The former Sous Chef for prominent Barrington caterer Tastefully Yours, Jeramie worked alongside acclaimed chef Don Yamauchi who ran the storied Le Francais in Wheeling. Jeramie established Wild Asparagus in July 2008 and has built his business based on exceptional customer service, extraordinary cuisine, and a dedication to his clients.
Guests attending the dinner will enjoy Chef Jeramie’s culinary delights while Peter Sagal, host of NPR’s news quiz show ‘Wait Wait … Don’t Tell Me!” introduces Special Guests who will give toasts and share tributes during the meal.
